Blurb has launched an online bookmaking tool designed to streamline the creation of photo books.
Features of Blurb's latest creation include a variety of themed layouts, 20 different fonts, and design elements, as well as the ability to drag and drop images directly onto a page. Once dropped onto the page, the software will automatically design the page to the best layout option. Users can then adjust to finalize the layout.
The program does not need to be downloaded, and projects can be accessed from any computer. Users can make books of up to 160 pages and use images that are stored on Flickr or their computer.
One unique feature of this site is the "PDF to Book" option, which allows users to further manipulate their projects in InDesign or other design software.
