Natalie Fobes has received the 2003 Fellow Award given by the North American Nature Photography Association. The Pulitzer Prize finalist and co-founder of Blue Earth Alliance is known for her work documenting how humans use and, in some cases, abuse the environment.
Blue Earth Alliance recently honored Fobes as the first recipient of its new Natalie Award, which was inspired by her efforts to change the world through photography. The annual award will be given to those who are committed to influencing the world positively through photography and personal sharing.
