Konica Minolta Photo Imaging has released its 6-megapixel DiMage Z6 digital camera. The camera includes a built-in 12x optical mega-zoom lens, 2-inch LCD monitor anti-shake system, rapid autofocus with predictive focus control and built-in flash.
The DiMage Z6’s built-in 12x optical zoom lens and 4x digital zoom capability combine for a total zoom range of 48x.
In addition, the CCD-shift anti-shake system allows photographers to shoot with shutter speeds four to eight times longer (two to three stops).
Other features include a high-performance GT APO lens and CxProcess III image processing technology. Its Progressive Capture drive mode records images continuously at approximately 1.8 frames per second.
