Although Adobe jumped on the app bandwagon years ago, a touch-ready software development kit for the photo program was just released this summer.
This release includes three different Photoshop Touch tools: Adobe Color Lava (uses the touch screen to mix custom colors on the iPad and then transfer them back to Photoshop), Adobe Eazel (uses the touch screen to draw pictures with your fingers) and Adobe Nav (uses the touch screen to select and control Photoshop tools, customize the toolbar, as well as browse and zoom images). Developers will also be able to use this technology to create apps for non-Apple devices.
Available on iTunes, the kits range in price from $1.99 to $4.99.
