Ricoh has created the GXR interchangeable unit, a small, lightweight SLR camera. Unlike other mirrorless cameras, the GXR combines the lens, image sensor and processing engines into a single, detachable unit.

Samsung has released a new line of cameras, the NX10 — a compact, mirrorless product with 14.6-megapixel resolution, a larger APS-C sensor, a brighter AMOLED screen and faster autofocus.

The 12.4-megapixel TL210 and the 12.2-megapixel TL205 compact cameras are the latest in Samsung's line of dual-LCD-screen products.
